2011 Summer Camp

Participation in the Gutkovskiy Fencing Academy Summer Camp program offers student-athletes the opportunity to become involved with enthusiastic coaches and a team committed to building upon a strong foundation.

Our intensive camp includes:

Endurance developing foot work & drill sessions
Flexibility workouts, Speed, strength, and agility training sessions
Individual lessons
New fencing skills, tactics and strategy oriented intense bouting with the best fencers in the State of New Jersey

Beginner and advanced fencers alike are welcome!

Camp C	8/1/2011 - 8/5/2011	5 days	9:30am - 3:30pm
Camp D	8/15/2011 - 8/19/2011	5 days	9:30am - 3:30pm
Camp E	8/22/2011 - 8/27/2011	6 days	9:30am - 3:30pm

Daily schedule

9:30am	Warmup, stretching
10:30am	Footwork
11:15am	Drill session
12:00pm	Lunch
1:00pm	Intense bouting & Individual lessons
2:30pm	Speed, strength, and agility training

Facilities

Our 7,000 sq ft, state of the art and fully air-conditioned facility includes 12 permanent strips with overhead scoring apparatus.
Complete with metal strips and impact resistant raised floors.
Shower and refrigerator available.
